NEW HOUSE UPDATE:Newsletter
Ok, so we've been the house for two weeks now and nobody has heard a THING! I'm sorry, guys, but you wouldn't BELIEVE the work-load I've had since moving to Des Moines.
The house is fantastic! And you know what? Our neighbors are amazing, too. Katie and I have absolutely fallen in love with Phillis, our neighbor. She's the nicest lady, and loves little girls & Labs. As soon as she lets us snap her picture, you'll all get to see her. She's kind of shy! :)
The rest of our neighbors are fabulous, too. They've all come out to say hello, and help us in one way or another. We've been pleasantly surprised by their kindness.
We recently had the opportunity to meet our neighbor, Rick, who is a Locksmith. Katie just HAD to follow me out to take out the trash, and accidentally locked us out of our new home. Phillis clued us in that one of our near neighbors was a locksmith and he generously offered to let us in.
HARRY:
oddly enough, I've even been too busy to check up on him. Can you imagine that? Maybe I should see a doctor......
TECHIE JUNK:
My
boss bought a Visor. In fact, both of them did! And boy do
they like them. We found this great software to keep track of our
projects and billings. It's called TimeCompanion.
It's great!
The GPS modules have finally come out. And the VisorPhone is done, too! They aren't offering service in the state of Iowa, yet, though. Maybe next year.....Iowa sucks.

Katie started a new school in Des Moines.
Katie had a great Easter. This is the first year, I imagine, that she will remember. We went to Aunt Abby's house to find eggs filled with candy......LOTS OF CANDY. Thanks Abby!
I am in the process of posting tons of pictures of Katie over the past six months. We've been doing some pretty exciting things around the Hill household that you'll want to catch up on!
